He was born in 1980 in Ankara. He completed his primary and secondary education in Bursa. He graduated from Uludag University, Department of Public Administration in 2000. In 2005, it was entitled to obtain the “CPA” license in one go. Between 2003-2006, he worked as an accounting manager in the private sector. Since 2007, he has been carrying out his professional activities independently in his own office. Bayrakçı, who became an “Independent Auditor” by qualifying for the title of “KGK Independent Auditor” in 2015. Completed Bahçeşehir University, Faculty of Law, Public Law Master’s Program in 2015. He received his “Forensic Expert” Certificate in 2019 and started to work as an “Forensic Expert” in the jurisdiction of the Bursa region at the Department of Expertise at the Ministry of Justice. In 2021, he successfully completed the examination and training processes and was entitled to receive the title of “Conciliator” within the Department of Alternative Solutions of the Ministry of Justice.
In 2021, he successfully passed the exam and interview evaluations conducted by TÜRMOB SÜRGEM (Continuing Education Center) and was entitled to receive the title of “Turmob Sürgem E-trainer” throughout Turkey.
He has done many social and cultural activities in Bursaspor Club Association, Bau Bahçeşehir University Alumni, BİMED and Bursa Tuana Folk Dance Ensemble. He is interested in boxing and skiing as an amateur. He has been an active member of Bursa Contemporary Accountants Group since 2005. Mehmet Ufuk BAYRAKCI is fluent in English. He is married and has two children.
