BAYRAKÇI Müşavirlik has been operating since 1997 in the fields of Accounting, Financial Advisory, Independent Audit, Law, Tax and Social Security Services, Foreign Trade Consultancy, Financial Consultancy, and Investment and Incentive Consultancy.
Our company was founded in Bursa in 1997 by Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor (SMMM) Yılmaz BAYRAKÇI. Over the years, it has continued its activities by making significant contributions to the sector and expanding its expert team. BU Müşavirlik has continuously added new fields of work to its portfolio, sustaining its growth in accordance with technology and the requirements of the era.
BU Müşavirlik continued its breakthroughs in the sector after Mehmet Ufuk BAYRAKÇI took over the management mantle in 2002. With the acquisition of the Independent Auditing Authority from the Public Oversight Authority in 2015, the firm began playing key roles in the independent auditing of prominent institutions in the sector.
Maintaining its taxpayer-oriented approach since its inception and always striving to enhance this philosophy, Bayrakçı Müşavirlik expanded its services to the legal field for our valued taxpayers and clients following Atty. Beyza BAYRAKÇI’s inclusion in 2014.
Given the globalizing world conditions, Bayrakçı Müşavirlik’s entry into the international law and advisory arena was inevitable. With the involvement of Atty. Beyza BAYRAKÇI alongside SMMM İsmail DEĞİRMENCİ—who joined the team in 2017 with 5 years of experience in foreign trade accounting, import, and export—Bayrakçı Müşavirlik began strongly delivering its services in this field to relevant clients.
Finally, Investment, Finance, and Incentive Consultancy was added to the service portfolio in 2018. For this purpose, experienced names from the sector were employed within Bayrakçı Müşavirlik or began collaborating as partners.
Bayrakçı Müşavirlik, Legal Consultancy, and Independent Audit provides services in Turkish and English to individual and corporate taxpayers and clients regarding both local and international business and investments through its entirely expert staff.
